Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for both Singapore and Malaysia entities, including Group P&L

consolidation

• Responsible for companies’ funds and all bank accounts management

• Assist and oversee daily accounting functions including month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial analysis

• Carry out planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the business operations

• Analyse variances and deviations from budget

• Perform audit checks for subcontractor invoices and supporting documents

• Follow up on payments from customers and monitor account receivables

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and ensure proper accounting records are maintained

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and regulatory authorities in Singapore

and Malaysia on audit and tax matters

• Ensure compliance with Singapore and Malaysia accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory

requirements including GST/SST matters

• Manage company cash flow and proactively monitor credit control regularly

• Ensure monthly accounts and periodic management reports are prepared accurately and submitted

on a timely basis

• Review and approve payments, journal entries, and accounting transactions

• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff on all accounting-related matters

• Review and recommend improvements to accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls

for greater efficiency

• Support regional finance operations and cross-border financial coordination between Singapore and

Malaysia entities

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

•Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA preferred)

•Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-entity or regional role

•Strong knowledge of Malaysia accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and Singapore FRS

•Experience in full set accounts and audit coordination

•Familiar with SST (Malaysia), corporate tax (LHDN), and basic Singapore tax compliance

•Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

•Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Autocount, SQL, Xero, or similar)

•Able to work independently and manage tight reporting deadlines
