Account Assistant
Location: SetiaWalk, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor
Requirements:
• Perform accurate accounting entries and bookkeeping tasks for accounts payable, account receivable and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Receiving and processing all expenses, claims forms and other financial documents in a timely manner.
• Preparation and issuance of accounting related documents.
• Maintain proper filing for keeping of accounting records and relevant documents.
• Assist in reporting / closing.
• Knowledge of project account will be advantage.
• Perform any other additional tasks as and when required.
• Application for necessary documents / licence from Custom department.
• Assist finance and admin works.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ /Banking/Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Experience in accounts payable and account receivable and administrative works.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in follow-up.
• Possess good co-ordination and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft, particularly Excel &
Word.
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Familiar with auto-count system will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
• Good communication skill & interpersonal skill to deal with customers and external contacts.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
