-Plan menus, supervise meal preparation, and ensure food quality and presentation
-Manage catering supplies, requisitions, stock control, and cost efficiency
-Maintain hygiene standards in galley, mess rooms, and accommodation
-Ensure compliance with waste management, pollution prevention, and HSE requirements
-Supervise galley crew and maintain catering records and documentation
