About the role:
We are looking for an Account cum Admin Executive (3 Months Contract) to join our Finance Team at the Berjaya CKE Corporate Office (Wisma CKE) in Cheras, Negeri Sembilan. This is a 3-month contract role and will involve providing accounting and administrative support to our organisation. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from general office administration to financial record-keeping and analysis.
What you'll be doing:
Process, record, and reconcile incoming collections.
Prepare and calculate commissions for sales personnel.
Perform data entry for Accounts Payable (AP).
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Carry out clerical duties, which include preparing, typing, and filing documents, arranging documents for dispatch, and contacting vendors.
Perform other assigned duties, which may include various tasks related to the Finance department.
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to work at Berjaya CKE Corporate Office (Wisma CKE) in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
Minimum Qualifications: A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance is required.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting and administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
