Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Handle basic finance and admin tasks

  • ⁠Maintain proper filing and finance documentation

  • Assist in monthly closing and finance reports

  • Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and internal departments

  • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with company procedures

  • Liaise with bank for account opening, documentation, and follow-up matters

  • Support finance team in daily operations and administrative work

Requirements: 

  1. Minimum SPM.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  3. Basic knowledge in accounting or admin work is an advantage

  4. Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word

  5. Good in filing and organizing documents

  6. Responsible and willing to learn

  7. Good teamwork and communication skills

  8. Able to handle basic admin and finance tasks
