Job Description

New Wing Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations and Contracts Coordinator to support operational and contractual coordination for regional marine and logistics projects managed from its Malaysian headquarters. The role involves coordination with overseas agents, authorities, and service providers, as well as project-based travel to support ongoing operations.• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities related to marine and logistics projects.

• Support contractual documentation, operational correspondence, and follow-ups.

• Liaise with agents, vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Coordinate regulatory, licensing, and clearance requirements for regional projects.

• Track documentation, permits, and certifications required for vessel operations.

• Assist with procurement of spares, consumables, and operational services.

• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.

• Provide regular operational updates to management.
