Job Description

Overall command and safe operation of the vessel

Ensure compliance with Company SMS, HSE policies, and international maritime regulations

Responsibility for navigation, port operations, cargo operations, bunkering and readiness for sea

Lead, manage and motivate all crew members

Maintain vessel seaworthiness, certification, and class status

Oversee onboard maintenance, drills, training and emergency preparedness

Act as Company representative onboard and liaise with Management, Charterer and DPA

Report incidents, non-conformities and safety concerns as required

Manage onboard administration, budgets and approved purchases
