Intern Task List – HR Operations (Onboarding & Paperwork)
1. New Hire Onboarding
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders involved in the onboarding process:
Talent Acquisition (TA)
Corporate Admin (CA)
DRO
Department Admin
Assigned Buddy
Assist with onboarding sessions, including logistics and attendance management.
Send welcome emails to new hires.
2. Onboarding Tracker Updates
Maintain and regularly update onboarding checklists and trackers, including:
Document submission status
Onboarding session attendance
IT equipment or access progress
3. Data Entry & Accuracy Checks
Create Engagedly profiles for new employees (performance management system).
Cross-check data across various systems and employee documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
4. Vendor Sourcing for Future Events
· Support in identifying and sourcing vendors for upcoming HR events and employee engagement activities.
Organisation Chart
Assist in updating and maintaining the organisation chart to reflect the latest structure.
6. Employee Welfare
Coordinate the sending of:
Fruit baskets for hospitalised employees
New-born baby gifts for employees who recently welcomed a child
Condolence wreaths in the event of employee family bereavement
7. Ad-hoc HR Support
Provide support on any ad-hoc HR-related matters as assigned by the superior
