Main Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
2. Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
5. Assist in preparing payroll reports and reconciliations.
6. Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll.
7. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
8. Involve in 5s and provide kaizen Any other duty assigned by superior
