Korean Speaking Customer Service Agent

Working HoursMonday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Provide professional customer support to Korean-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Assist customers with product, account, and technical-related issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
Meet quality standards and KPI targets set by the company.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
TOPIK Level 5 or 6 is mandatory.
Open to Local Malaysians only.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience is an added advantage.
English proficiency level: B2 and above.
Able to work in a professional office environment.
