MYR 8,000 – MYR 8,500 + KPI Incentive up to MYR 300/month

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support to Korean-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

  • Assist customers with product, account, and technical-related issues.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.

  • Meet quality standards and KPI targets set by the company.

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).

  • TOPIK Level 5 or 6 is mandatory.

  • Open to Local Malaysians only.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service experience is an added advantage.

  • English proficiency level: B2 and above.

  • Able to work in a professional office environment.
