We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth daily business operations. This role is ideal for individuals who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times. ️

Role Overview

You will provide administrative and coordination support to executives, helping manage schedules, communication, documentation, and operational tasks to ensure efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Executive & Calendar Support
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and prioritization
  • Provide reminders and follow-ups for key tasks
Administrative Duties
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and communication flow
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support daily office administration tasks
Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between executives and teams
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ensure clear communication across departments
  • Support alignment of priorities and workflow
️ Operational Support
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking
  • Support event planning and business arrangements
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution

Requirements
