Position: Data Analyst (Business Intelligence & Reporting)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Salary: Up to RM10,000 (All-in)
Work Arrangement: Full-time office-based (Mon–Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Location: Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop data structures to support insightful and actionable reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Translate data into clear insights using effective storytelling techniques
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability of reports for business decision-making
• Support BI initiatives and contribute to data-driven project delivery
• Participate in bank-wide data and analytics-related projects
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality

Stakeholder & Team Responsibilities
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure reporting alignment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments
• Support team initiatives to improve analytics delivery and productivity

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years BI reporting experience OR 10 years MIS reporting experience
• Strong skills in SQL, SAS, Tableau, RPA, and data storytelling
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to work in a structured and fast-paced banking environment
