Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, configuration, and optimization of M365 SharePoint sites for improved functionality and user experience.

• Support the digitalization of internal business processes, including data management, workflow automation, and document control.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through digital tools.

• Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials to enhance user adoption of M365 applications.

• Provide day-to-day support in SharePoint maintenance, access management, and troubleshooting

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Passionate about digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
