Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Technician (Mechanical Systems) di WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and repair of machinery, equipment, instruments and electricals for air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, fire alarm, domestic cold water and sanitary systems for a Grade A high-rise building.

• Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and repair works carry out by in-house team, vendors and contractors.

• Trouble-shoot mechanical problems and rectify them to ensure minimum down time.

• Carry out emergency repairs for all plant and equipment to minimize down time.

• Conduct regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.

• Ensure the safe operation of all machineries and equipment.

• Upkeep the and maintain plant machineries to ensure they are in good running condition.

• Record and document all maintenance work carried out by in-house team, vendors and contractors.

• Available to attend at site for breakdown calls at all times.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in maintaining M & E systems for high-rise office buildings.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervision of junior technicians.

• Strong knowledge and wide experience in handling mechanical issues. Some experience in handling electrical issues.

• Demonstrate excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work in shift and able to work during weekend & Public Holidays.
