• Greet clients warmly and check them in for appointments.

• Answer phone calls, reply to messages, and book hair appointments.

• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and neat.

• Help with basic paperwork, data entry, and checking product stock.

• Work with the hairstylists to make sure clients have a great visit.

• Experience as a receptionist, admin clerk, or customer service staff.

• A friendly, polite personality and neat appearance.

• Good basic computer including Microsoft words/excel and and phone skills.

• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask when busy.
