Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service (E-Commerce)

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and exchange requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on online platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

2. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Management

  • Manage and monitor return, refund, and dispute cases across e-commerce platforms.
  • Investigate disputed return/refund claims and liaise with customers, warehouse, logistics, and platform support teams to resolve issues.
  • Submit appeals and supporting evidence for invalid, incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, or policy non-compliant return/refund requests.
  • Follow up closely on dispute cases to ensure timely resolution and minimise company losses.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for all dispute and refund cases.

3. Offline Sales (Non-Walk-In)

  • Handle offline customer orders received via direct messages, phone calls, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups for offline sales.
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to process and ship offline orders.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships through follow-ups and support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic skills in content writing and editing.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • This role requires daily overtime support (approximately 1 hour every night) and availability for approximately 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night during Sundays/public holidays when required. Are you comfortable with this arrangement?
  • Are you comfortable working on-site 6 days per week?
