Know the food menu/special promotions including preparation times, cooking methods, main ingredient and side dishes for the outlet(s) assigned.
o Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
o Prepares work schedules and ensures all staff is rostered in accordance with business levels.
o Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
o Administers requisitions: food store, beverage store etc.
o Handles all telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
o Supervises and participates in serving food & beverage according to standards.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
