Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities specifically in IT staffing and recruitment services through cold calling, networking, social media, and personal contacts.
• Identify and acquire clients for IT recruitment and staffing mandates.
• Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment/staffing solutions accordingly.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the IT industry.
• Develop and present customized staffing/recruitment proposals based on client requirements.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on open IT positions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of clients.
• Drive revenue growth through recruitment sales, account management, and client expansion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing / IT Recruitment / Recruitment Sales (mandatory).
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation in staffing services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT hiring trends, technologies, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in planning and executing sales strategies for staffing/recruitment services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work in a target-driven environment.
• Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
