*Job position: Warehouse Assistant*

Salary: $2500

Working area: Tuas

Working hours:

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm.

• Confirm FG taken over from Production are correct.
• Perform wrapping and palletising for FG.
• Responsible for placement of FG on the storage shelves.
• Perform picking from picking list generated by CS
• Ensure shipment requirements (special labels) are according to customers’ request.
• In charge of releasing of cargo based on DO number.
• Assist in loading FG into delivery vehicles.
• Accurately enter the transactions into SAP.
• Work closely with Logistic to optimize warehouse space.
• Meet goals defined in departmental targets.
• Responsible for filing all digital and physical records to enable quick and easy access.
• To follow-up other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in warehousing environment
• Possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ levels education.
• Possess a Forklift license/ able to operate a reach truck.
• Responsible for arrangement of shipments.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with speed and accuracy.
• Competence with ERP software, especially SAP (Shipping) is an advantage.
• Flexible, resourceful and task oriented.
• Good team player, communicator, and co-ordination skills.
• Able to travel between 2 work locations.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
