Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective corporate clients and professionals to present our training programmes
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and learning needs, then recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Manage and follow up on warm leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with HR personnel, business owners, and other decision-makers
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while contributing to overall team performance
  • Work closely with management and benefit from ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship

Qualifications

  • Experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education sales, or corporate training sales is an advantage
  • Candidates from the education, training, enrichment, or service industries are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with clients through calls and messaging platforms
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong accountability
