Specialization: Strong background in corporate legal advisory with specific exposure to contract drafting and negotiation, experience with litigation is advantage.

Industry: Experience in the corporate or energy sector is considered highly advantageous.

Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

Support business units with legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Oversee and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
