We are sourcing an experienced, execution-focused HCM Change Management Consultant for a critical 12-month transformation initiative in Kuala Lumpur. This role bridges the gap between high-level transformation strategy and practical, boots-on-the-ground execution.

Focusing directly on a major Payroll system implementation, you will be responsible for driving end-user readiness, designing impactful training, and ensuring maximum digital adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Translate complex macro change strategies into actionable, tactical execution plans for localized business entities.
• Training & Enablement: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules and documentation to support the new Payroll and HCM infrastructure.
• Communication Management: Author high-impact communications, newsletters, and engagement materials to maintain transparency and alignment across the workforce.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for departmental managers, handling localized resistance and monitoring digital adoption metrics.

Experience & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting HCM and Payroll transformation initiatives as a dedicated Change Consultant.
• Strong tactical capabilities in instructional design, communication delivery, and hands-on training execution.
• High technical literacy with modern digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and enterprise HR systems.
• Complete professional fluency in English.

Remuneration & Mechanics

• Rate: $275 USD per day.
• Duration: 12 Months +.
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid model).
• Process: Active requirement with immediate interview availability and fast-tracked onboarding.
