Responsibilities：

• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and production stability across core business services

• Troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, JVM, containers, middleware, and cloud infrastructure

• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident response processes

• Drive high availability, performance optimization, and stability engineering initiatives

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on architecture, deployment, and operational excellence

Requirements：

• 5+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong Linux troubleshooting and production incident handling experience

• Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Good understanding of JVM, GC, networking, and distributed systems

• Experience supporting high-concurrency internet systems is highly preferred
