KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of experience in retail, premium industry, or key account sales.
• 3+ years of experience in direct team management, leading high-performing teams (experience managing Sales Advisors or Product Specialists is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and sales data analysis.
• Exceptional business development and negotiation skills.
• High adaptability to a fast-paced, startup culture with a passion for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive local business and maximize sales through top-tier customer service, product knowledge, and strategic promotions.
• Lead, interview, recruit, and develop a high-achieving store team.
• Implement operational policies and experiment with daily workflow efficiency.
• Plan and execute store operational tasks, including outbound events and sales networking activities.
• Control store expenses (staffing, supplies, and services) and manage physical inventory displays.
