Candidate is REQUIRED to have prior experience working on Event-Related projects

• Lead the creative direction on event projects — from initial concept development, mood boarding, and storytelling, through to final execution.
• Design high-quality graphic assets, including event collateral, posters, social media visuals, digital content, and presentation decks.
• To create superimposed mock-ups of the event concepts, particularly those involving structural build-ups. These visuals will serve as a reference for the 3D design team to further develop and refine the structures.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align on creative vision and ensure design consistency from concept to production.
• Study and apply client brand guidelines to develop visuals that are both on-brand and imaginative.
• Execute design briefs efficiently and with attention to detail, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and work with the team to turn creative concepts into tangible assets.
• Prepare and deliver final artwork files that are production-ready for print, digital, and environmental formats.

• Bonus: Ability to sketch or freehand visual ideas is a strong plus — it helps us bring ideas to life quickly and clearly in early stages.
