Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kulai for a Production Planning Assistant. The role involves creating and maintaining production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring efficient workflow. The Production Planning Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating between departments, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing reports to facilitate effective production planning and execution. Collaboration with team members and adherence to timelines will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Planning skills for effective production scheduling and resource optimization
• Proven Interpersonal and Communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments
• Experience in Production Planning or a related field
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in production planning software or tools is a plus
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment
