Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable team building solutions. The individual will nurture and grow key accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams on program requirements, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and representing ATAG at meetings, networking events, and industry activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business and corporate sales practices, including opportunity qualification, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively and engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and driving account growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team, including in a hybrid work setup.
  • Prior experience in training, HR solutions, events, or team building services is an advantage.
