• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Trade, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in apparel or textiles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in customs operations and tariff classifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
• Proactive, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning.

Job Description

• Oversee import/export documentation and operations across APAC markets.
• Manage relationships with customs brokers, vendors, and trade associations.
• Develop and maintain trade policies, SOPs, and audit programs.
• Monitor compliance with trade regulations and duty/tax reimbursements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, retail, production) to resolve trade-related issues.
• Support trade preference programs and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of trade management platforms.
• Analyze trade data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance on trade operations across the organization.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
