Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interviews/Phone calling and select potential candidates to meet in-house Director/Managers requirements.
  • Involve in Telemarketing / Recruitment activities
  • Play an active role in our recruitment activities
  • Interact and assist with the registration of newly join candidates
  • Explain our incentive scheme to our candidates and attend to their enquiries
  • Assist in the generation and compilation of reports
  • Customer service, Data entry, follow-up on customer request
  • To cover ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher holder of any discipline with at least 1 year related field or with sales and customer service experience
  • Proficiency with MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT and Google email, Drive
  • Strong passion for sales and recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality and a positive attitude towards learning
  • Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
