We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing rehabilitation healthcare team. If you are passionate about healthcare quality, patient safety, infection control, and continuous improvement, we welcome you to be part of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and improving healthcare quality standards and compliance
• Coordinate quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
• Support infection prevention and control activities within the hospital/rehabilitation setting
• Conduct audits, inspections, and follow-up improvement actions
• Assist in policy, SOP, and accreditation documentation management
• Monitor incident reporting and quality indicators
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service excellence
• Support training and awareness programs related to quality and infection control.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid APC
• Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare or hospital setting
• Experience in quality assurance, patient safety, or infection control
• Exposure to healthcare quality standards and audit processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with teams
• Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred Advantage

• Knowledge in MSQH standards or healthcare accreditation processes.

Certified Infection Control Nurse (ICN) exposure will be an added advantage

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
