- Write and refine copy for web pages, landing pages, and service descriptions
- Review and update existing website content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Work with the web team to craft messaging that speaks to our clients' target audiences
- Support basic on-page SEO best practices — headings, meta descriptions, and readability
2. LinkedIn & Social Content
- Assist in planning, writing, and scheduling posts for Grayscale360's LinkedIn page
- Help develop content that reflects our brand voice — professional, insightful, and human
- Monitor engagement and compile basic performance reports to inform future content
- Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies) into snackable social formats
3. Content Marketing Initiatives
- Contribute to blog articles, client case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Support content calendar planning and ensure consistent publishing cadence
- Assist in briefing, drafting, and editing content across multiple formats
- Help research topics, trends, and competitors to inform content direction
4. Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create visuals for social media posts, articles, and campaign assets using Canva
- Ensure visual content is consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms
- Collaborate with the team to produce decks, one-pagers, and presentation materials
- Support photo or visual asset organisation and management
5. Events & Webinar Support
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, webinars, or virtual sessions
- Help prepare event collateral — invites, agendas, promotional posts, and follow-up content
- Support live event logistics and post-event content (recaps, highlights, social coverage)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Required
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Strong written English — you communicate clearly, naturally, and with purpose
- Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools for content creation
- Active on LinkedIn and familiar with how professional content performs
- Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal hand-holding
- Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS platform
- Basic understanding of SEO or content marketing principles
- Experience helping plan or run events, even informally
- A portfolio or samples of writing, design work, or social content — even personal projects count
