We are looking for an experienced and proactive Website Designer / Web Developer to assist us in redesigning and improving our online presence. This is a remote-based opportunity suitable for someone who is creative, technically skilled, AI conversant, and able to provide long-term website consultation and guidance.

Main Responsibilities

1. Full Redesign of Website

You will be required to redesign Naseem Perfume Malaysia from the ground up with a modern, elegant, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive approach.

The website should:

• Look premium and professional
• Be easy for us to maintain ourselves in the future
• Have organized backend management
• Be SEO-friendly
• Load fast and work smoothly on mobile devices
• Be optimized for customer engagement and online sales
• Include modern AI-assisted workflow suggestions where suitable

2. Consultation & Advisory Role

You will also be expected to:

• Review our other websites
• Advise us what improvements are needed
• Recommend better layouts, structure, branding, speed optimization, SEO improvements, AI tools, automation, and user experience enhancements
• Guide us on best practices for website management and maintenance

3. Technical & AI Knowledge

Candidates should:

• Be highly familiar with modern website development trends
• Understand AI tools related to design, content, SEO, automation, and workflow
• Be able to recommend practical and affordable solutions
• Be comfortable communicating ideas and suggestions remotely

Requirements

• Proven experience in website design and/or development
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other CMS platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows
• Good communication skills
• Responsible and able to work independently remotely
