We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to assist with organizing, scanning, sorting, and filing old documents. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in an environment where some materials may be dusty. The ideal candidate is well-organized, follows instructions accurately, and works at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan, sort, and file physical & digital documents systematically for easy retrieval and accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support to Shared Service departments. (eg. double-entry recording, claims processing, and monthly filing requirements.)
  • Support document preparation and reconciliation-related administrative work when required.
  • Assist in monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding documents or approvals.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of materials for exhibitions, career fairs, meetings, and company events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: SPM / A-Level or Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates and part-time students are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where some documents or areas may be dusty.
  • Not allergic to dust.

Preferred Traits:

  • Fast learner with a good work ethic.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to assist with various administrative duties.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Flexible working hours can be discussed for part-time students.
  • No Overtime
  • The role involves handling physical documents, which may occasionally expose the individual to dust.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM8.00 - RM9.00 per hour

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
