• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and necessary information
• Accept job requests and ensure all necessary details are recorded
• Keep customers updated on the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for their vessels
• Plan and advise customers on trucking dates, coordinating logistics efficiently
• Update customers on container details for export jobs
• Keep track of PSA storage deadlines and notify customers accordingly
• Coordinate and update customers on trucking dates and times.
• Maintain communication regarding empty container return status
• Verify container gate-in at PSA and inform customers
• Communicate to customers on any additional charges after the empty container return
• Provide DCON (Delivery Confirmation) to customers promptly
• Share updated container details, car carrier ETA, and Loose Cargo load (LCL) job information within the designated group
• Accurately input new job details received via email into Excel spreadsheets
• Regularly update job details, including berthing place, vessel ETA, trucking dates, empty return dates, and additional charges
• Maintain container numbers, seals, and VGM (Verified Gross Mass) records
• Enter customer details, job information and trucking requirements into the Sysfreight system
• Generate and provide necessary documents to the Controller for planning purposes
• Update the system promptly in case of any changes
• Provide customer support by contacting customers directly to resolve Full Cargo Load (FCL) or Loose Cargo Load (LCL) problems, even if contact information is already available to the controller or driver
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
