As a WWTP Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our treatment systems run smoothly, meeting both quality and compliance standards every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in operating and maintaining vital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems efficiently and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on pumps, analyzers, and other plant equipment.
• Monitor operational data and system performance using SCADA control systems.
• Conduct water sampling, testing, and accurate documentation of water quality data.
• Inspect systems regularly, identify issues early, and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain complete and accurate operation logs, reports, and compliance records.
• Handle and store chemicals in line with strict safety protocols.
• Support engineers/managers with operational tasks and site requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks such as site logs, daily task sheets, and stock records.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of WWTP processes, control logic, and electrical systems.
• Able to perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with water sampling and analysis procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
