Sepenuh Masa Senior Executive, Planning (SCM) Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in GoodScience Sdn Bhd Selayang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, coordinate and maintain production schedule in order to meet customer demand.
• To prepare monthly reports and stock aging reports for finished goods to ensure the inventory is at a healthy stock level.
• Process feedback from operation team on any issue that may affect production schedule and supply plan.
• To meet with related departments for all issues/problems that cause delays to ensure effective material planning & production scheduling.
• Follow up with QA and/or QC for update on the release of Finished Goods and approval status of starting materials and packaging material.
• Assist in the Production schedule executed as planned and Finish Goods delivered as per the agreeable date.
• Liaise with Engineering department regarding facility and equipment maintenance and breakdown as part of planning process to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Liaise with Validation team regarding qualification, validation, holding time and other related qualification/validation activities as part of planning process to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Lead operational meetings on schedule adherence and production planning.
• To achieve compliance with GMP, health, safety, environmental and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• To undertake any other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and Management as and when required.

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Science or any related field.

Experience:

• Possess 3-5 years’ experience required in related field.
• Proven Supervisory and Technical Skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical operation and quality regulations & legislation.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety regulations & legislation
• Written and verbal command of English to technical standard.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
