Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and maintaining strong, ongoing collaborations with stakeholders. The role involves creating and presenting compelling sponsorship proposals, conducting market research to identify potential sponsors, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful fulfillment of sponsorship obligations. Additionally, the manager will oversee all aspects of sponsor engagement during the events, ensuring a positive experience and ROI for partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or event commercial management
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills
• Experience managing enterprise clients, exhibitors, sponsors, or commercial partnerships
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, event planning, partnership management, and brand activations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to track sponsor performance and ROI
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with XR, immersive technology, AI, gaming, Web3, or digital transformation industries is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events, or related field is preferred
