The candidates applying should have

• strong hands-on experience in payroll processing
• compensation and benefits administration, statutory compliance, employee records, HR reporting
• general HR operations.
• The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, exit administration, office administration, vendor coordination and internal HR documentation.
• Candidates should have sound knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, and HRD Corp.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a structured corporate environment are essential.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, efficiency and value creation within existing job functions and competencies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
