Job Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering, Clean Energy, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ACMV/HVAC servicing, maintenance

• Leadership: Proven experience in managing, leading, and scheduling a team of field technicians or technical site crews.

• Technical Competency: Strong structural and operational knowledge of diverse air conditioning systems

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and safe site deployment protocols.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communications skills for handling corporate client inquiries, and a collaborative team mindset.

• Added Advantage: Possession of a class 3 driving license or relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS / AWSHPP / Managing Work at Height) will be highly preferred.
