Job Summary

Perform daily office administrative tasks to support rental and leasing operations, manage contracts and invoicing, maintain records including insurance and road tax, and handle loan document submissions.
Fluent in Written & Spoken English. Computer Literate. Good Organizational Skills. Ability to Work Independently. Ability to use simple accounting / solution software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth rental and leasing operations
  • Prepare, review, and maintain rental and leasing contracts accurately to support client agreements
  • Generate and process invoicing to ensure timely billing and payment tracking
  • Maintain comprehensive records of insurance policies and road tax to ensure compliance and up-to-date documentation
  • Submit loan documents promptly to facilitate financing processes

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a valid Class 3A driving license
  • Singaporean, PR & LTVP applicants only.
