Job Overview

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the HOD
• Help plan, coordinate, and prioritize the HOD’s key projects and meetings
• Collaborate closely with department heads to schedule lessons, classes, and timetables efficiently
• Support the HOD in developing and implementing company goals and strategies
• Facilitate smooth communication between Operations, Academic, and Sales teams
• Manage marketing and communication collaterals to align with company objectives
• Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably assigned by the HOD.

What You’ll Need

• A university degree or polytechnic diploma
• Strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
