Admin Assistant (Finance) – Inventory & PO Support

We are hiring an Admin Assistant to support the Finance Department in inventory data entry and Purchase Order (PO) management, including document control and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is reliable, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate diary data entry for inventory records and PO transactions
Support stock reconciliation and periodic inventory checks
Assist with PO tracking and document control
File and scan inventory and PO documents
Carry out other assigned ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of administrative or finance support experience (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Willing to take on finance-related duties with guidance provided
Familiarity with inventory/PO systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and organizational skills
Able to handle confidential information with integrity
Good communication skills; respectful and able to work well in a team
