Project Manager – IT / Smart Infrastructure Projects

About the Role

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider in the smart infrastructure and security domain, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale technology implementation projects.

The role involves managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving advanced technology solutions such as automation systems, access control, AI-driven platforms, and integrated smart infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Drive collaboration across project teams toward common delivery goals
• Develop project strategies and execution plans with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Manage project resources, timelines, vendors, and third-party stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and changes proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and technology partners
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to internal leadership and clients
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coach and guide project leads and team members to improve delivery effectiveness
• Ensure smooth coordination between technical, operational, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in project management roles managing complex IT implementation projects
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise or infrastructure technology projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and external delivery partners
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Strong planning, execution, and risk management capabilities
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred
• Agile / Scrum experience or certification is advantageous
• Experience in government-sector projects or highly regulated environments will be an added advantage
• Experience working on projects involving both IT and physical infrastructure / civil coordination will be advantageous
