JOB PURPOSE:
- Provide hands‑on L2 Computing Services support to support the security, reliability, and operational controls of MISC Group’s technology platforms, including workplace services, on‑prem data centers, public cloud (Azure), and edge infrastructure.
- The role supports day‑to‑day operations execution, incident response, and preventive maintenance, and acts as a technical focal point or execution lead for small‑scale computing services initiatives, working under the direction of a Manager or appointed Project Manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Platform Integrity & Availability
- Maintain and support the availability, performance, and integrity of enterprise computing platforms — including Azure cloud, on-premises servers, and workplace services — ensuring services remain stable and meet agreed operational standards.

Cost-Conscious Operations
- Operate within assigned resource and tooling boundaries, flagging inefficiencies, waste, or cost-saving opportunities to the Manager to support responsible and predictable technology spend.
Business Resilience & Disaster Recovery
- Support the implementation and periodic testing of disaster recovery procedures, ensuring critical systems and data can be restored within the RTO and RPO targets defined and approved by management.
Team Contribution & Self Development
- Contribute positively to the team through knowledge sharing, peer support, and continuous upskilling — particularly in cloud, security, and workplace technologies relevant to the role.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify recurring incidents, process gaps, and automation opportunities, and propose practical improvements to SOPs, runbooks, and operational workflows for management review and implementation.
