We are hiring for a RTR Accountant to join a multinational organization with a strong global presence and collaborative finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IFRS-based group reports and financial documents

• Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting processes

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Collaborate with regional finance teams, auditors, and stakeholders

• Participate in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 2 years of accounting and finance experience

• Good understanding of double entries and accounting standards

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• ERP system exposure, preferably SAP

• Strong communication skills in English

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines

• Independent team player with strong problem-solving skills
