Application Support Executive / System Analyst
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Executive / System Analyst to support enterprise application platforms and ensure smooth delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, and assess application impacts and solution requirements.
- Support project and solution delivery aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Manage and execute implementation activities for supported applications and systems.
- Conduct and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide application support and maintenance for enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot system/application issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor system health, stability, and performance to ensure SLA compliance.
- Recommend and implement system improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and improve performance.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application/system support or software development roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and incident resolution skills.
- Good understanding of system architecture, data flow, and application interaction.
- Experience with programming technologies such as Java, HTML, and related components.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing SIT and UAT activities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise or financial service applications.
- Exposure to production support and incident management environments.
- Familiarity with system performance monitoring and preventive maintenance practices.
