Full Time Finance - Admin Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: City Hall

Working Hours: Office Hours (Mon- Fri)

Duration: 3 months, subject to extension

Salary: Up to $3200 per month

Benefits: Statutory Benefits + Medical Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare bank reconciliations for daily collections.
• Follow up on discrepancies identified from bank reconciliation, including processing refunds.
• Prepare and process payments to external parties.
• Assist in resolving and clearing backlog cases.
• Prepare journal adjustments for internal fund transfers.
• Prepare and sort data extracted from source systems and financial accounting systems.
• Assist in procurement of goods and services.
• Perform administrative duties, including maintaining proper filing of hardcopy and softcopy documents/emails.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant disciplines
• Prior experience in the public sector is a plus
• Singaporeans only
