Tanggungjawab

  • Support business operations for sister company's owned vessels to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
  • Support operational management for sister company brokered vessels (approximately 5–8 vessels), including process coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure completion of assigned action items across business functions
  • Support senior management on strategic and ad hoc assignments as part of management development and succession planning initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal audits, including organizing internal control processes and maintaining related documentation
  • Participate in cross-functional projects across operations, HR, General Affairs, and internal control to gain exposure to the overall business operations of the Singapore branch
