Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our Accounts Department. This role offers strong exposure to distributor incentives, claims management, and financial verification, with high potential for permanent conversion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle distributor incentives, rebates, and claims processing
  • Verify claims submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and maintain claims reconciliation reports
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts and claims
  • Reconcile distributor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (sales/distributors) on claims matters
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
  • Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks assigned by the Accounts team


Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field


Requirements
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of basic finance principles
  • Experience in claims processing or reconciliation is an added advantage
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Able to ensure compliance with documentation and financial procedures


Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines


Employment Details
  • Contract: 1 year
  • Strong potential for permanent conversion based on performance
