• Assist customers with service appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.
• Provide accurate and timely support for warranty claims, service-related inquiries, and product information.
• Coordinate customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and special engagement activities to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Support event planning, including test drives, service campaigns, and customer appreciation events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
• Assist in handling escalated customer issues professionally, working with relevant departments to provide prompt resolutions.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes, developing better communication strategies, and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
